De High UV Protection Cream SPF50 biedt de perfecte bescherming tegen UVA- en UVB-stralen en tegen vrije radicalen.

De zon speelt een grote rol bij huidveroudering. Deskundigen schatten dat tot 80% van alle zichtbare huidverouderingsprocessen zijn het gevolg van overmatige bloodstelling aan UV-straling zonder goede bescherming. Zij leiden tot een verhoogde vorming van vrije radicalen. Een teveel aan UV-stralen beschadigt het lichaamseigen beschermingssysteem. Bovendien activeren vrije radicalen enzymen die gespecialiseerd zijn in de afbraak van collageen en het bindweefsel oplossen.
